Eligible For Return / Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

• The product arrived damaged, defective, or wrong size was delivered by us
• The item is unused, unwashed, with tags, same condition as received
• Original packing is included

Not Eligible

We don’t accept returns/exchanges if:

• The customer ordered the wrong size

Shipping Charges

• If the issue is from our side, we cover return shipping.
  
• If the issue is from customer side (wrong size selected), the customer must pay the return shipping charge.
  

Exchange Rules

• Exchanges are only for size issues
• You cannot exchange for a different product/style
• Replacement will be shipped once we inspect and approve the returned item
  

Refunds

Refunds are only given if:

• We cannot replace the damaged/wrong product
• Or the product is out of stock after a verified issue

Refunds go directly to your original payment method.
